Captain Tom Moore, a man who brings a smile to our faces and left us all with a sense of admiration for his heroic efforts fundraising for the NHS, April 2020, walking 100 laps of his garden before reaching 100 years of age.

One year on, and in his honour, we are being encouraged to take up our own challenge with the theme related to 100, starting on the day that should have been his 101st birthday.

Between Friday 30th April and Monday 3rd May everyone is invited to join in with the 100 challenge. Any activity linked to 100 counts.

Will you be counting to 100 in chinese, telling 100 jokes, shooting 100 basketball hoops from your wheelchair, running 100 metres or doing 100 handstands? Whatever it is you want to do, kept it safe, fun and to the theme of 100!

The weekend is one of celebration, helping to raise money for UK charities and beyond, as a legacy to the incredible man that lifted all our spirits this time a year ago.
