Child first Disability second
Pupils from Cranmore School are taking part in an annual Sponsored Swim to raise much needed funds for Cherry Trees.
I'm taking on the Palace Half Marathon to raise money for Cherry Trees. It's a small charity with a massive heart who support over 100 families who have children with a range of disabilities.
Help support this trio of experienced runners raise as much money as possible. Every penny raised is coming back to Cherry Trees to continue funding respite care for children with disabilities at our Clandon House.
As a carer at Cherry Trees for the last 12 years, I know just how important it is for us to support our children and families in the best possible way. In some small way I am doing my bit to help raise a little of the much needed funds to help our day to day running and have signed up for this years Virgin Money London Marathon. Read my fortnightly posts here to find out what's keeping me motivated at Cherry Trees and how my feet are faring in training!
I am fundraising for Cherry Trees because I appreciate how important respite care for disabled children and their families is.
Cherry Trees has been fabulous for Sean & family .. we'd like to support that :)
A year's challenge for our accountant Sarah-Jane towards a lifetime's challenge for Cherry Trees' families
Cherry Trees provides essential and caring support to both the young people with a range of complex disabilities including learning, physical and sensory impairments. and their families. Without this support their lives would be so much more of a challenge.
To give a little back to the amazing charity that helps us.
I'm raising funds for Cherry Trees who have helped me and my family with respite from tea visits to week-long visits, I can't thank them enough for everything over the last 10 years.
Our godson has used Cherry Trees for many years and you have been a life saver for him and his family (Sean Cross). We would like to join the South Downs Spectacular.
