Having a wardrobe clear out is a great way to start the new year, but your unwanted items don't have to land in the bin. Why not join others in your community and swap for new treasures instead?

A Clothes Swap is a great opportunity to shop for new clothes without creating more demand for unsustainable textiles. The fashion industry is incredibly resource intensive and produces a huge amount of waste, with far too many (often unworn) items ending up in landfill. Shopping second-hard is a great eco-friendly alternative to help mitigate against the climate crisis. With as little as the £5 entry fee to pay, shopping this way won't break the bank either.

If you're interested, please join Cherry Trees and Zero Carbon Guildford between 3-6pm on Thursday 17th of February at ZERO. Browse for new clothes, chat to likeminded people, and soak up the community feel while drinking a hot cuppa served fresh from the on site café.

A win for your wallet.

A win for the environment.

A win for our charities.

Cherry Trees is one of two charities to benefit from this event. Profits will go towards supporting children with complex disabilities and their families.
