Cherry Trees is looking for people to help organise local or regional events and activities to help raise awareness and funds. The club is guided by a professional fundraiser, to help you with resources and advice you might need.

Use your organisational, creative or other skills in a positive way.
A chance to mix socially with like-minded others.
Occasional Club e-news updates to keep you in the loop.

Your ideas, with your friends, such as:

Run stalls at local Christmas or other markets
Hold pub quiz night with raffles
Host coffee mornings
Arrange local ‘Open Gardens’
Local walks with guides
Knit, sew and craft items for us for our Fayre

My family has supported this fantastic, local charity for the 20+ years we have lived in the area so when I saw that an extra swimmer was required for the Serpentine fundraiser I felt I should step forward. I certainly won't be in the forefront of the 1 mile swimmers but I promise to complete the course in my own time for this very worthwhile cause.

What we do

Cherry Trees is here to provide respite care to families for their children with disabilities and we support every child's stay with voluntary income to ensure this happens.
Volunteer for us

Would you like to volunteer for Cherry Trees? Will the new year be the time you decide to put your spare time to good use? Our volunteers are the lifeblood of Cherry Trees and without their tremendous support and our donors Cherry Trees would not exist. Voluntary support enables us to keep investing in our respite care which families so desperately come to us for.

Donate

Every donation, no matter how small or large, makes a difference to families who need respite care for a child with complex disabilities. Your donation helps to keep families together. Thank you so much for your support. You may also, if you wish, choose to add the cost of the bank transaction fee to your donation. This is 0.9% of your donation amount, up to a maximum of £2.00 and means that our costs are reduced, with more money available for our charitable activities. Thank you.
Making a difference

Can you be a Cherry Champion? all it takes to be a Cherry Champion is to give a regular amount each month from just £5 you can make a difference to families with children that have disabilities.

Types of visit

We offer a variety of flexible stays at Cherry Trees from a 2 hour tea visit where children can enjoy tea after school with their friends, to an enjoyable holiday up to 17 days full of lots of enjoyable activities and trips.
