Claire’s desire to work with children and young adults with disabilities started at a young age due to being a young carer for her younger brother, who has Aspergers syndrome and ADHD. She has extensive experience in the field of SEND, leading teams in a range of settings including residential education, children’s homes, short breaks settings and adult homes. Claire has a Master’s Degree in Education, specialising in Leadership and Management and is a Safeguarding Trainer for Surrey. Claire’s ethos and leadership style is focused on helping people achieve more than they ever thought was possible; supporting them to remove any barriers that get in their way of reaching their aspirations.
