The LLHM takes you on a whistle-stop tour through the heart of London, starting by Pall Mall and finishing near Downing Street. You'll dash past Big Ben, the London Eye, wave at Nelson's Column and St Paul's Cathedral, all while exploring London's quirky secrets and hidden history on closed roads. It's the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster.

Cherry Trees is a lifeline for over 60 families, offering care after school, overnight, and for longer stays.
