Our CEO Claire Bryant talks to Petersfield's Shine Radio

It was great to welcome Julie Butler from Petersfield’s Shine Radio to our newly opened Hampshire home Cherry Trees – Goldcrest Lodge recently.

Julie joined our CEO Claire Bryant for a tour of the house to see all of the changes we have made so far as we transform it into a true home-from-home.

As work continues on the house, we welcomed our first children back through the doors in February so Julie was able to see how far we’d come ahead of our full reopening soon.

Claire talked to Julie about how Cherry Trees ensures every child who visits us feels comfortable, safe and happy in our homes where they can socialise, develop friendships and build on their independence.

Claire and Julie also spoke about the many ways people can support Cherry Trees, through volunteering, donating or completing a challenge event.

Every donation, no matter how small or large, makes a difference to families who need respite care for a child with complex disabilities. Your donation helps to keep families together. Thank you so much for your support. You may also, only if you wish, choose to add the cost of the bank transaction fee to your donation. This is 2% of your donation amount and means that our costs are reduced, with more money available for our charitable activities. Thank you.
